Pensatta will ship from our warehouse in Vancouver Worldwide. Please note a custom will be charged to purchases outside of North America.
We've designed the project with durable materials. Pensatta is built to last and comes with a 1-year warranty.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
Most pre-orders ship on or before the date listed in your latest order update. If you have any questions, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide a more detailed status update for your particular order.
What is the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We’re glad to accept returns for any reason within 15 days of delivery provided items are in brand new and original condition. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the security tag and/or protective film on the feet of our bags is not attached, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns processed outside of the 15-day policy will receive a store credit. Please note, free gifts that are not returned with the original order will be deducted from the refund.

What is a Pre-Order?
We offer pre-order for our new designs, as a way to reserve a bag in advance of our upcoming product delivery, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than when you purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.
